2. Buyer's Responsibility
The Buyer assumes complete and sole responsibility for how the purchased data is used. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act (United States)
- Compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR (European Union)
- Compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act — CCPA (California)
- Compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation — CASL
- Compliance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations — PECR (UK)
- Compliance with ALL other applicable local, state, national, and international data protection and privacy laws
3. Lead-Mail Is NOT Responsible For
Lead-Mail expressly disclaims any and all responsibility for:
- How buyers choose to use the purchased data
- Any violations of anti-spam, data protection, or privacy laws committed by buyers
- Any legal action, fines, penalties, or claims arising from the buyer's use of the data
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our data
- Any harm, harassment, or unwanted communications experienced by data subjects as a result of buyer actions
- Loss of business, revenue, or profits arising from data usage
- Any third-party claims against the buyer related to data usage
4. GDPR Compliance

Data is provided "as-is" without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This disclaimer shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees.
8. Severability
If any provision of this disclaimer is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
